Addition of update playbook (#247)

* testing patching the system to resolve sub-manager errors

* trailing space fix

* needed to gather facts

* improper ordering

* switching to double quotes to match openshift-ansible

* Update openshift-install.yaml

No longer including the playbook in the deployment but just defining it

* Update main.yaml

Rolling back the change
