Fix wrong doc default value of logging

Accoring to openshift-ansible/roles/openshift_logging/defaults/main.yml.
The default value is wrong
- openshift_logging_fluentd_buffer_queue_limit: 1024 -> 32
- openshift_logging_fluentd_buffer_size_limit: 1m -> 8m
- openshift_logging_fluentd_file_buffer_limit: 1Gi -> 256Mi
