  46. Issue a batch request to write a message in an output file of a batch job.

  78. When the batch request generated by \f3pbs_msgjob\f1()
  79. function has been completed successfully by a batch server, the routine will
  80. return 0 (zero).
  81. Otherwise, a non zero error is returned. The error number is also set
  82. in pbs_errno.
